In the event that a space is not available, your child’s name will be added to a waiting list, and you will be informed if we are able to include them.

Once you have booked your child’s space, you have the right to cancel free of charge, up to 10 days before the workshop. After this date there will be a 50% cancellation charge up to 24 hours before the workshop. After that time, the full payment is liable. In exceptional cases it may be possible to defer a paid booking until a future term, but this cannot be guaranteed.
